RETURNS POLICY

Returns guidelines

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened with no damage to the container, lid, seal or label.To complete your return, we also require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns can take between 7—10 business days to receive and process. However, we will do our best to minimise any delay. We only issue refunds & replacements once we have received the original product back into our stores & have completed checks.

To return your order orif you have any questions or queries regarding your returnplease email support@somenutrition.com including your order number and receipt or proof of purchase.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund via the original method of payment.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. So Me Nutrition does not cover the cost of returning an item. Unless the product is faulty, or there is an error with the order. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged and defective products

Please accept our apologies if you have received a faulty or damaged item. We will resolve this issue as soon as possible.

If you receive your order and find that it has been damaged, is defective in any way or is not the item that you ordered, we will pay for the collection of the item and arrange a replacement or refund.

In order to speed up the process for damaged or defective products we will require the following information: order number/ details regarding the issue/ photos/ batch number & expiry date.

Please do not return an item without informing us and please ensure that all returned goods are clearly marked with your name and order details.
